Last updated: April 9, 2026

GameQbator Labs Inc. ("GameQbator Labs," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit gameqbatorlabs.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
  • Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data. If we have analytics enabled, we collect anonymized information about how visitors interact with the Site, including pages viewed, approximate location (country/region only), device type, and referring URL. This data is processed by Google Analytics and does not personally identify you.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) retains standard request logs including IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and operational purposes.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. We do not require you to create an account to browse the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries you submit via the contact form
  • To send newsletter updates if you have subscribed
  • To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site:

  • Google Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) — hosting and content delivery. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts — typography. Font files are loaded via Google's CDN.
  • Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) — contact and newsletter form processing. Formspree Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymized site analytics, when enabled.

4. Cookies

The Site uses minimal browser storage:

  • Functional storage. We use sessionStorage to cache shared page elements (navigation, footer) so subsequent page loads are faster. This data never leaves your browser.
  • Analytics cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies (typically _ga, _ga_*) to anonymously distinguish unique visitors. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form messages and newsletter subscriptions only as long as necessary to respond to you or to send the newsletter you subscribed to. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing gameqbatorlabs.info@gmail.com.
