You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Press materials made available in the press kit section (logos, headshots, brand assets) may be used for legitimate editorial, journalistic, and partnership purposes. Use must accurately reflect GameQbator Labs and may not imply endorsement of unrelated products or services.

3. Third-Party Trademarks

References on the Site to "Magic: The Gathering," "Pokemon," "Duel Masters," "MetaZoo," and other trading card game titles are the trademarks of their respective owners. Mention of these properties refers to the team members' professional history and does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.

4. User Submissions

If you submit information to us via the contact form, newsletter signup, or any other interactive feature, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate and complete
  • You have the legal right to provide it
  • The submission does not violate any third party's rights

By submitting information, you grant GameQbator Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or providing the requested service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
